Purchasing at the auction :

Before bidding

Before we buy cars from auctions we ask our partners to transfer a deposit amounting 500 USD or 50 000 japanese yen per a car before participating in the auction, If we were successful in purchasing a car at the auction we include your deposit in the total price or keep it for a future cars you want to buy(that is up to the client).

After the auction
If successful, the purchase price of the vehicle at auction is forwarded to the customer along with the FOB or C&F fees associated with it. If insurance for freight is also required please contact us as it is not included as standard.
If unsuccessful, the results of the auction are forwarded to the customer for review.
Successful purchases are transported to the Port. Data entry of all details and photographs are loaded onto the internet and viewable in the customers account.
Vehicles are shipped approximately 10-14 days after purchase depending on shipping schedules and documentation.

Our commission is the cheapest in Japan. If you find cheaper let us know and we will do our best.

Glossary of Terms
C&F (Cost/Freight)
This is term contains the following:
A. Price of the Vehicle
B. Japan-side procedure costs (in-land transportation, customs &
shipping procedure, documentation etc.)
C. Ocean freight (this cost is the same cost shipping companies )

CIF (Cost Insurance Freight)
The same as C&F but includes insurance

FOB (Free On Board)
With FOB the customer is responsible for payment of the ocean freight to the destination port shipping agent. This largely depends on the shipping agent & destination ports. This term only includes the following:
A. Price of the vehicle
B. Japan-side procedure costs (in-land transportation, customs &
shipping procedure, documentation etc.)

FOB includes all the costs to get the car on the ship and leaving Japan . Once the car arrives in your country you will pay freight collect, compliance, registration, duty, tax etc. and all other costs there. You will have to find out what these will be as each nation has different laws concerning car importing.

Note:

Customs, compliance, tax, duty, registration is entirely the buyers responsibility so please make sure you are familiar with all the regulations governing car importing into your nation.
